Tickle Torture in “Batman: Caped Crusader”
At the start of Episode 5, there’s a scene where a clown is subjected to tickle torture. His feet are trapped in stocks, and an unseen hand uses a feather to tickle them. A woman, who is Harley Quinn, is overseeing the situation, and her voice can be heard. The clown desperately promises to follow her orders, but she replies, “I don’t believe you,” and the tickling continues. He screams and pleads, tears streaming down his face. It’s a scene worth watching.
