1) Do you want to tell us something about yourself and your art?
Hi, I’m DazidentEvil. Not much to say really, I’m a nerd who’s into anime, video games, music and drawing. When it comes to my art, sure my kinks for feet and tickling are a big part of my drawings but I do also enjoy drawing character designs, weapons, creatures and action scenes.
Leggi tutto: Tickle Artists #104: Interview with DazidentEvil2) What techniques do you use to draw? Do you have a favorite artist that inspires you?
To be honest there isn’t much to my techniques. Mainly lots of rough sketch work and idea drawings to get to the core of the drawing I want to make. I use a combination of Photoshop and Clip Studio paint to create my art. As for my favorite artists lets see: JayAxer, Funkyalien, Bad-Pierrot, Kenzoe64, Pawfeather to name a few.
3) How much was the passion for drawing born in you? And the one for the tickle?
Well since a young age I’ve always enjoyed drawing but it wasn’t until I was in high school that my passion for drawing really took off. For the tickling part I’d say that started around the same time.
4) What are the tickling scenarios that you prefer to draw?
I’d say playfull scenarios and intimate scenarios where the tickle is willing or is excited to receive a good tickling.
5) What are the aspects of tickling that you intend to represent with your art? Example: the laughing, the wriggling, the relationship between tickler and ticklee?
I’d say laughing and the relationship between tickler and ticklee.
6) Online there are countless photos and videos of tickling sessions. In your opinion, what do illustrations offer more than images of real life?
The ability to achieve the realization of a desired fantasy. There is no way I could tickle Lola Bunny from the movie Space Jam in real life. But in an illustration I can get very close to that fantasy.
7) In your opinion, what makes tickling so interesting for fans of this phenomenon?
Hard to say. I guess because it is a niche kink seeing it drawn featuring characters that people like really makes tickling art so interesting.
8) What are your works of which you are most proud?
9) Do you have any particular artistic goals for the future?
At some point I would like to start a comic series featuring my original characters. I also toyed with the idea of starting a Youtube series where I do videos of drawings talking about the idea and the process of the drawing.
10) Do you think AIs will end up enriching or impoverishing the art of tickling representations?
To be honest I think it will over saturate it if not done so already. AI as a tool can be helpfu,l but the way it’s being used now it is a problem to people who take the time to create art in their own unique style.
